Stephanie D. Jarnagan, President

Stephanie Jarnagan has nearly a decade of experience in media and public relations, including six years of experience as a senior account executive with Denise Resnik & Associates, one of the Valley’s top public relations agencies. Clients included De Rito Partners Development, Science Foundation Arizona, Concord Eastridge and the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center. Prior to joining the agency, Stephanie spent three years working at the East Valley Tribune and Get Out magazine as a reporter, copy editor and page designer.

Stephanie recently founded Think Communications, which specializes in developing strategic communications plans, preparing copy for numerous collateral projects and spearheading media relations initiatives. Her holistic approach allows clients to reach their target audiences with key messages that help grow and retain business.

In her role as president of Think Communications, she participates in and oversees the development and production of various collateral projects, including Web sites, ad campaigns, direct mail, magazines, newsletters and electronic communiqués. She also has forged strong relationships with local editors and reporters and has secured countless story placements for her clients.

Under her guidance as managing editor of Outreach, a quarterly magazine produced by the nonprofit Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC), the publication received the top Award of Excellence from the international Communicator Awards in 2006.

Stephanie also volunteers her time with SARRC and the Girl Scouts—Arizona Cactus-Pine Council. She is a member of SARRC’s marketing committee and recently served on the media and public relations committee for the annual Girl Scout World Awards held at the Arizona Biltmore. She graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and an emphasis in public relations. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
